GNS Pemberton Woods Campus Renewal Update

We are pleased to share a milestone in our Pemberton Woods Campus Renewal journey. At its September 24, 2026 meeting, the City of Victoria’s Mayor and Council voted unanimously in favour of our zoning bylaw for the Pemberton Woods Campus Renewal.

This decision marks an important step forward following an extensive process of consultation, planning and engagement with the City, our neighbours and the community. We are grateful to everyone who has taken the time to learn about the project, ask questions and share feedback throughout this process.

What comes next?

Now our attention turns to officially advancing the Master Development Agreement.
